Qualifications:
- Certification in one or more areas of special education with a primary emphasis in behavior analysis, masters preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Certification from Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BABC) preferred
- Experience in developing, training, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans
- Three (3) years experience in Behavior Analysis
- Minimum of Masters with Primary Emphasis in Behavior Analysis
The Paulding County School District reserves the right to accept alternatives to some of the above requirements Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze the environment and develop programs to assist students with autism and other developmental disabilities in acquiring skills
- Assist in the coordination of the Learning Enrichment Achievement Program (L.E.A.P.)
- Evaluate, develop and implement appropriate behavioral intervention protocol and plans for students with disabilities
- Ability to provide training to school staff
Salary: State base pay plus local supplement based on degree and years of experience.
